Refund and Returns Policy

My refund and return policy is 14 days after receipt of purchased items. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If altered, for example a ring sizing, it is non refundable. Custom creations and made to order items are non refundable.

I am not liable for items that are lost while being returned to me.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please be aware, the method of credit may take a few days to credit back to your account.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please email me and I will provide you with a return address. harper6974@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, I encourage you to use a trackable shipping service, signature required with additional shipping insurance.
